Soak The Sin take enforced break! | 2007-10-05
We are sad to inform our fans that due to circumstances beyond our control we are forced to take an extended break as Soak the Sin.
Hopefully the problems our career is suffering from will eventually be resolved but for now our way forward is to take the step of standing down as a band from the music industry, recharge our batteries and take another look at the situation sometime in 08.
We would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your support these past years and hope in one way or another to see you all again.

The Bryan Adams tour | 2006-09-27
The Bryan Adams tour is now over and Soak had a splendid time out on the road touring and playing in the huge arenas. The concerts went extremely well for the girls and we made a whole host of new friends out there.
Our heart felt thanks goes to Bryan Adams and his crew for this opportunity and also to the audiences that came along and applauded our shows.

Popkollo/Skatekollo in Umeå | 2006-08-02
Malin has recently lent her considerable talents to this years Popkollo/Skatekollo at Hamnmagasinet in Umeå.
Popkollo/Skatekollo is an event arranged for young girls aged from 12-16, coming from all areas of Sweden. Its primary aim is to get involvement with the music and skating scene which is still mainly male dominated.
Malin helped out as guest leader, teaching the girls rudimentary percussion skills as well as the practises needed for building and dismantling drum kits etc.
The girls visting the session that Malin oversaw, had the opportunity to listen and learn about various rythms and then get to put them into practise along with one large group session where they got the chance to see what happens when several beats are put together.
On the second day the girls had the chance to learn about the process of simple portable studio recording and mixing. A great opportunity for them too see and feel how this process is managed. A great experience for all of them.
Trästock withdrawal | 2006-06-28

ZTV have now put the StS single "I SAID NO" onto their video rotation and MTV will shortly be playing it on SUPER ROCK. Musicbrigade will put it up as a frontpage feature in the weeks to come.

StS release debut album | 2006-02-15
We are delighted to announce that our debut album "THE WORK IS DONE!" will be released in Scandinavia on March 24th (2006). The album is released on Morphine Lane records and consists of 11 tracks including both the singles "Hands Up" and " I Said No". It will be available in all major music store outlets in Scandinavia along with the ability to purchase through iTunes and other online services. MANCHESTER v CANCER is an event taking place on Jan 28th set up by The Smiths Andy Rourke.
The girls have been asked to go over and play at the glitzy afterparty in Manchester for the MvC artists, press, labels, photographers etc. A real honour indeed.
